Central control of robot glazing unit is the FUCO-HEG offline programming system. It controls robot and glazing system. Other moving parts are controlled by the general equipment control.

This workpiece detection system recognizes not only the type of workpiece but also its position on the workpiece seat. Then a glazing program exactly appropriate to type and position is started. That allows constantly high-quality glazing results.
