Machines and molten metal processing

For many years we have been the supplier of machines and plants for the foundry industry, both for heavy metal casting as well as for the casting of light metals. The cooperation with our customers ranges from exchanging ideas, to possible solutions and further to the development and production.

One example for this are MBS rinsing devices ( Metal Treatment Station) for melted mass treatment (degasification and cleaning) of aluminium alloys and heavy metals.

Further machines and plants are cover lifting devices, transport pans, filter boxes for aluminium and furnace systems (continuous furnaces “lost form”).

The wire injection machine FM 2000 ? for the melted mass finishing and alloying – is also one of our successful and frequently tried and tested new developments. It combines comprehensive application experiences from one and a half decades of wire injection technology.
