As a manufacturer of industrial cleaning plants we are subject to the stipulations of § 19 l – WHG.
According to § 19 l, Par. 1 of the WHG cleaning plants must be installed, maintained and operated to the extent that a contamination of the inshore waters is not to be feared. The principles for satisfying this principle of concern are regulated by various country laws.
The “lower water authority” at the place of installation of the cleaning plant is responsible.
An additional determination of suitability for FUCO-HEG ? Standard base tub is not necessary according to this.
Should further demands be made from the operator by the “lower water authority” in order to satisfy the principle of concern then these are to be agreed separately with the supplier and ordered.
